Hardware Supplied:
4 ea. M6 Nyloc® nut,
4 ea. M6 x 30mm screw,
4 ea. 6mm fender washer,
2 ea. Plastic grip bar.

Tools Required:
Philips screwdriver, 10 mm wrench.

Time Required:
Installation takes between 5 and 15 minutes.

Procedures:
The Cargo Cache occupies the entire rack.
It must be placed so that, when the cover is open, it doesn't interfere with the bicycle seat.
  • Position the Cargo Cache on the rear bike rack as shown.
  • Slide the Cargo Cache rearward so that the cover, when open, just clears the bicycle seat.
  • Slide a bolt into a washer; from inside the Cargo cache, slide the bolt into a hole in its bottom
  • From beneath the CargoCache, install one of the plastic bars onto the bolt; secure with a nut; do not tighten
  • Repeat with the other 3 bolts
  • Center the Cargo Cache left-to-right. Slide it front-to-back so that the open cover just clears the seat.
  • Using the screwdriver and the wrench, tighten the bolts and nuts. This can take a while, as the nuts are purposely very tight.
  • If additional mounting holes are needed, their locations are embossed in the bottom shell.
